Swim Instructor

The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating individuals of all ages in swimming techniques and water safety. This role requires a passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a safe and enjoyable learning environment for all participants.*Duties*- Conduct swimming lessons for various skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers.- Educate students on water safety practices and the importance of swimming skills.- Develop lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each student.- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.- Maintain a safe and clean environment in and around the pool area.- Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding progress and any concerns.*Requirements*- Previous experience in sports coaching or swim instruction.- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.- A passion for teaching and a strong understanding of swimming techniques.- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.- Certification in CPR, First Aid, or relevant swim instructor qualifications is an advantage.- Must be able to demonstrate swimming proficiency in various strokes.Join us in making a difference by teaching valuable life skills through swimming!Job Type: Part-timePay: From £12.00 per hourBenefits:* Gym membership* On-site parkingExperience:* Teaching: 1 year (required)* Sports coaching: 1 year (required)* Swimming: 1 year (required)Work Location: In person
