The role involves managing daily workflow, ensuring staff are equipped to handle issues, and guiding the team to meet individual and collective targets while maintaining client SLAs. Regular quality checks, staff training, and client feedback sessions are key to ensuring service excellence. The successful candidate will foster a positive work environment, address any complaints, and implement corrective actions as needed. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. They manage properties across the UK through a network of subcontractors and prioritise exceptional customer care.
