This role is to manage clients specifically utilising

SEO, PPC, Paid Media, Digital PR,

etc.services .

Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be a

UK resident

residing within

commutable distance to Leeds.

Please note that we

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Build, maintain, and nurture

strong & long-standing relationships with clients , focussing on providing an excellent service and a consultative approach. Maintain and build

relationships with external media suppliers , securing the best rates, placements, and deals for clients. Proactively lead the development of

marketing strategies for clients,

including potential ROI/performance improvements as a result of their adoption. Be aware of, and identify

opportunities for growth

within each account, with both the business and client in mind. Work closely with internal stakeholders including creative, performance, digital, photographic teams on the delivery of agreed marketing strategies. Collaborate with other account managers

in developing/delivering marketing strategies/projects for their clients where appropriate. Act as an

enthusiastic & positive ambassador of the business , contributing to its growth and supporting initiatives for the Senior Leadership Team. Prepare

progress reports

for the Board, referencing position against agreed targets, forecasted work, and updates of direction. Proactively partake in

annual performance reviews , ensuring relevant information/data is accessible, and recorded accurately for management reporting.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 3+ years’

experience in an

Account Manager / Customer Success Manager

role in

Agency

is essential. It is

this candidate has experience managing/supporting clients with

performance marketing

related services;

SEO ,

PPC ,

Paid

Media ,

Digital PR, etc . Experience

managing client accounts

with

significant budgets . Related degree or qualification is desired but not essential. Collaborative and consultative approach to work. Leadership skills, and confidence in aligning multiple teams to achieve client objectives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. UK resident with unrestricted right to work in the UK.
