With innovation at the heart of the brand, youll truly take personal ownership; driving multiple projects from the creative concept; ingredients, texture, shade and consumer benefits & ingredients to putting it on to the shelf. Leading a small, talented team your role will lead by example, coaching and motivating your direct reports to reach their full potential and thrive on delivering the best.Producing killer presentation decks, ensuring every detail of a concept is right and budgeted for, bringing the product story to life.Evaluating risk with confidence, drawing on your proven knowledge.
