Job Overview:


As an Account Manager at Solvi Digital, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their marketing needs are met and their campaigns run smoothly. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing the execution of marketing strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results. Your role is crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and contributing to the agency's growth.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand clients’ business goals and ensure their marketing strategies align with these objectives.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to campaigns.

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, PPC, email marketing, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, copywriters, etc.) to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines. 
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with detailed reports and insights.


Strategic Planning:

  • Work with clients to develop long-term marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services that would benefit the client’s overall strategy.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate relevant strategies into client campaigns.


Project Coordination:

  • Ensure that all client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the process.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.


  • Client Retention and Growth:
  • Proactively seek opportunities to expand existing client relationships by introducing new services and solutions.
  • Work towards achieving high client retention rates by consistently delivering value and exceeding client expectations.
  • Participate in client renewal discussions and negotiate contract renewals.


Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in account management within a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse campaign performance data and translate it into actionable insights for clients.
  • Client-Centric Approach: A strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction, with the ability to anticipate client needs and provide solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, copywriting, strategy) to deliver high-quality results.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial marketing, B2B marketing strategies, and the specific needs of manufacturing and commercial suppliers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics software.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
