Property Manager

Our client, a leading property management firm, is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to ensure their existing properties are maintained to the highest standards and new ones are brought 'on stream' in a timely manner and within budget.

The Role:
As a Property Manager, you will:

• Manage the existing housing stock to assess conditions, identify issues etc
• Prepare repair and refurb specs and oversee the subcontractors carrying that out
• Work with residents and other stakeholders to ensure all needs are accounted for and that feedback is used to shape future work
• Take responsibility for new projects to ensure each one is brought in on time and in budget

The Candidate:
The ideal Property Manager will have:

• Proven experience in property management or surveying or building management
• An expertise across repair management and maintenance and the ability to report on it
• Ability to manage budgets and oversee projects.
• Excellent communication skills for working with all stakeholders
