As the Head of Engineering, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex technical systems across multiple projects. Define and implement the overall systems engineering strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company’s goals. Manage and optimize the lifecycle of systems, ensuring security, compliance, and risk management best practices. Drive continuous improvement and systems automation to enhance operational efficiency and system performance. Provide leadership on technology trends, making data-driven decisions to integrate emerging technologies and best practices. Develop and monitor KPIs for systems performance, reliability, and scalability. Proven experience in a senior systems engineering leadership role, with a strong track record of managing large-scale technical infrastructure. Extensive expertise in systems architecture, networking, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.). Strong technical background in Linux, Windows, and virtualized environments. Experience within the telecommunications, fibre infrastructure, or utilities sectors is a plus. AWS Solutions Architect, Cisco, Microsoft, etc.).
