Post registration experience of working with people with dementia. Experience of completing holistic nursing assessments. Experience of working as an autonomous practitioner. Ability to operate effectively within a constantly developing relationship with key stakeholders and associated agencies. Ability to build constructive relationships with warmth and empathy.
