Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience working on major infrastructure projects?   Have you worked for a main contractor as a Senior Quantity Surveyor?   Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their team to work on HS2.   Location: North Acton + hybrid working Salary: up to £70,000 + travel allowance   Benefits: ·Travel allowance ·Hybrid working (2 days per week at home) ·5% pension match ·BUPA Healthcare ·25 days leave + bank holidays ·1 x professional membership ·Life & Accident Cover   Your responsibilities as a Senior Quantity Surveyor will include: ·Lead an asset supported by an Assistant & Graduate QS. ·Produce documentation / evidence to demonstrate KPI achievement. ·Lead and develop the efficient and effective management and issue of accurate, timely and contract compliant documentation. ·Assist with preparation of periodic progress valuations and claims for work completed. ·Produce monthly cost reports, forecasts, and contract budget reports. ·Maintain effective, accurate cost control.   Requirements: ·RICS/CICES accredited Degree (or equivalent). ·Minimum5 years experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor ·NEC contract experience ·Experience working on major infrastructure projects ·Experience working for a main contractor   This is an exciting opportunity to work on HS2!   If you are interested in applying for this role, please email your CV to me at (url removed) or call me on (phone number removed)
