HGV Class 1 Driver Days

Regular ongoing work in Tamworth - HGV Class 1 early morning Drivers needed based in the Tamworth area for a European leader in healthcare logistics. 05:00-07:00hr starts, temperature controlled deliveries to depots across the country. No Handball involved Information about the HGV Class 1 Driver role: - Regular Monday to Friday work - 40- 50 hour weeks - Refrigerated box trailers - Inter depot trunking - Occasional overtime available - Based near Junction 10 M42 - Regular work throughout the remainder of 2024 & Beyond HGV Class 1 Driver rates of pay & hours: - Monday to Friday - Between 05:00 - 07:00hr starts - £15.91 per hour - Minimum 8 hours paid daily Requirements for the HGV Class 1 Driver role: - Valid CE Licence held for at least 24 months with 6 months commercial experience - Valid CPC & Digi tacho card - Flexibility to undertake additional runs at the customer's request - Flexibility to extend daily hours in the event of driver absence - Commitment to an ongoing role - To complete a full induction which will be paid Working for Pertemps you will benefit from the following: - Weekly pay via BACS every Friday - Paid annual leave - Uniform - CPC / Driver training - Access to our Pertemps Driver Academy/Training Division - 24 Hour contact with local consultants PLEASE CLICK APPLY
