Children & Families Social Worker

We are looking for a motivated professional with a proven dedication to achieving the best outcomes for children in need of protection. This role offers a minimum 3-month contract with a competitive hourly rate. Your responsibilities will be, but are not limited to: Conducting assessments and reviews to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and young people. Developing and implementing care plans. Providing support and guidance to children, families, and carers. Collaborating with multi agency teams to deliver effective interventions. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records.
