Senior Recruitment Consultant seeking a Branch Manager role - Oldbury West Midlands Region Our client, a well-established Recruitment Agency since 1980's With more than 75 locations around the UK and whose business is growing rapidly and delivering consistent year on year growth, we are working with our client to source a skilled 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant who wishes to work towards their first Billing Branch Manager role.to secure Industrial, Engineering, Commercial, Manufacturing, temp and perm A- Z Business to build upon my clients already successful, flagship branch The successful candidate will have a proven track record in businesss development in the recruitment industry- temps or perms and want to step into their firsst management role leading a very successful branch In this role, you will be responsible for developing new and existing relationships, negotiating contracts and closing deals and managing and leading a team of Recruitment Consultants. Please note to be successful in this role you will need to be a proven billing 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant that wishes to work towards their first management role. Responsibilities * Identify potential clients within the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business needs * Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients * Liaise with the Area Manager, Branches and your team in order to create contract-winning proposals and products for prospective clients * Negotiate contract terms with clients * Become a subject matter expert on their business services, processes and operations and remain up-to-date on industry news * Manage and lead your team from example * Have the hunger and ambition to still chase and win new accounts/business as well as motivating and leading your team Qualifications and Skills * Demonstrated achievement in recruitment sales with a high street recruitment agency- temps or perms * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Advanced understanding of either the industrial, Manufacturing, Blue Collar, Commercial, Logistics, Construction or your specialist sector where you have had success within the recruitment market, a subject matter expert * Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose solutions for clients Benefits * Casual dress * Car allowanceof 3K * Company events * Company pension * Life insurance * Private medical insurance This is a wonderful opportunity for a successful proven Billing Senior Consultant, to join a stable company with realistic expectations and who ensure that all staff are appreciated and valued and to work towards a full Branch Manager role If this is what you are looking for and you meet the above criteria please hit Apply Now
