Quantity Surveyor

About the role of Quantity Surveyor: Experienced drylining/drywall Quantity Surveyor needed to join a growing sub-contractor with sites all across London. Their head office is in Rotherham but all work will be site based, with the London HQ being in Canning Town. All projects are valued between £1 million and £10 million and anyone considered will need to be from a sub-contractor background. Candidates whose previous experience is from a main contractor will not be considered. Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor: Working from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts. Assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyors. Managing Packages. Managing Client relations. Site Meetings.Requirements for Quantity Surveyor: Experience with drylining and a sub-contractor background. Ideally degree qualified and needs to be construction based. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
