No weekends! •25days holiday + bank holidays •10% Production bonus (Monthly once permanent) •Private Healthcare •Training provided •Free Parking •FULL TRAINING PROVIDED Your role as a Machine Operator will include: •Operating and overseeing complex machinery used in the metal moulding process. •Using your mechanical skills to conduct regular machine maintenance. •Ensuring quality products are being produced and identify any issues with machinery or products. •Working closely with high-temperature materials, following Health and Safety guidelines accordingly. Who we're looking for: You'll be expected to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team. As a machine operator, you will be in charge of monitoring your equipment and making sure it's running smoothly-this includes basic maintenance and problem-solving.
