Senior RCW

SMarter Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior RCW to work within a brand new home in Tunstall, Stoke-On-Trent. This role is based in a brand new home so this will be your chance to be a part of building a team around you from the beginning. We are looking for a Senior RCW who has previous experience with working with young children in a residential setting, with behavioural and learning disabilities. Role - * Helping to run the day to day working life within the home * Helping the deputy/manager to complete or fill shifts for the rota's * Making sure that the staff are doing the daily checks within the home * Home cleanliness * Weekly food menu's * Food Shopping You will be contracted to work 165 hours per month, plus sleep ins when required Pay- £13.50-£14.00ph depending on experience £55.00 per sleep in
