The post requires an enthusiastic teaching assistant who is flexible, enthusiastic, and dedicated to supporting pupils to achieve their full potential while remaining engaged in their learning. Teaching Assistant: Be energetic, vivacious individual who can prepare creative and engaging activities 1:1 work with students who require additional support/challenging behaviour Supporting the class teacher in setting up activities and the classroom Reporting on individual progress and managing behaviour Working closely with the class teacher, SLT and SENDCO to drive improvement Why work with Horizon?
