Key Responsibilities Operating tractors, cultivators, drills, spreaders, combines & forage harvesters Assisting with general arable tasks as required Requirements Minimum 3 years arable farming experience Skilled in modern tractors and technology Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and proactive attitude Full driving licence required Desirable PA1/PA2/PA6 Interest in agronomy and keen to learn Renumeration will be competitive and opportunities for training and developments provided.
