Capital Project Lead

Interim Capital Project Lead (Inside IR35) - £550 per day - South East - Council - Hybrid Working - (part-time) - 6 Months I'm currently working with a local authority based in the South East who are on the lookout for an experienced Capital Project Lead to join them for an initial 6 months on an interim basis. The role operates on a part-time basis with a 2 days in office, 1 day remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic team to help to deliver a number of mixed use projects from inception through to planning. They are looking for an experienced Capital Lead with a good knowledge of processes and strategy in relation to pre construction stages for commercial and capital projects funded through the Levelling Up scheme.
