Team Manager - Assessment

We are looking to recruit a Team Manager - Assessment within the Social Care industry in Central Bedfordshire. Responsibilities include: Quality assurance of cases Quality assurance of systems and processes Good knowledge of current legislation Auditing of cases Child centred practices which include direct work and participation Supervise a number of professional staff Recruitment Develop strong relationships with key internal and external partners, openly acknowledging problems and working closely with partners to improve services.
