Head of Private Client - Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor Type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: Up to £50,000 - £60,000 DOE Benefits: Profit share opportunities Location: Worcestershire (training provided, expenses covered) Work Options: Hybrid/Remote working available **Exciting Opportunity!** We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a strong background in trusts and previous department management experience. Join our client, a leading Will Writing company, as they launch their own regulated Legal Service to support their growing customer base of 180,000! Key Requirements: PQE: Minimum of 3+ years Expertise: Extensive experience in dealing with trusts Management: Previous management experience within a Private Client department (experience in other departments will also be considered) Leadership: Proven track record in team management and leadership Business Development: Successful skills in developing business opportunities Education: Completion or progress towards STEP diploma Technical Skills: Proficient in legal software and MS Office packages Main Duties: As the head of the department, you will lead and expand the team whilst focusing on Wills, Probate, Trusts, CoP, Estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Compensation Trusts. Oversee client service, business development, team management and ensure compliance is regulated. Offer mentoring and training to the junior members of staff. Assist with the shaping of the departments future by driving growth, client service and expansion.
