This is an excellent opportunity for ServiceNow Technical PM professionals to be part of leading-edge technology projects. Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership to development teams.
Build constructive, working relationships with ServiceNow team
Provide architectural oversight of the design and delivery of ServiceNow scope.
Track project progress & timelines as per ServiceNow scope mentioned in SOW
Resource management, risk management, escalations management.
Lead all customer calls & discussions
Attend weekly & monthly governance calls & present status reports
Ensure the project delivery team complies with ServiceNow solution architecture standards and frameworks
A proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on the ServiceNow platform on time and within budget
Understanding of common business analysis techniques and approaches
Ability to author clear and comprehensive documentation
Able to communicate with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent and clear to influence and align stakeholders around a proposed approach
Passionate about areas of expertise, managing your own development by learning continuously from experience and seeking out development opportunities
Required Skills:
Experience of leading offshore development teams and working with engagement leads, business analysts, customer stakeholders to deliver enterprise wide ServiceNow solutions
Good experience in customer facing roles
Deep understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, etc.
Experience of working with multi-location teams
Strong negotiator, influencer and team player, used to managing multiple stakeholders in demanding time-critical situations.
Strong drive and resilience to overcome challenges or setbacks to achieve your team/project goals
Experience of agile and traditional software and project methodologies
Extensive experience in consulting / professional services and technical delivery
Experience in ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, ITOM, ITAM, Integrations, Scripting, Project/Delivery Management.
