An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join our established Chartered Surveyors based in Gillingham, Kent. Our client is well established, successful, and forward-thinking company .
Previous experience working as a Property Manager is required for this position. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and the ideal candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic, well presented team player with a good eye for detail and strong IT skills. IRPM accreditation preferred but not essential.
Salary: DOE
Hours:9 am -5.30pm Monday- Friday
Benefits: Parking, Pension, 25 Day Hol + Bank Hol, Long Service Award, Health Care after 1st year of employment.
This role offers some hybrid working
The Role:
- Arrange Repairs, Maintenance, Service
- Carrying out regular site visits
- Liaising with Freeholders and RMC Directors
- Preparation of Budgets
- Attending out of hours Arm's and other meetings
- Dealing with arrears
- Working knowledge of relevant legislation
- Office administration
- Liaising with solicitors
- Full understanding of S20 consultation
