This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced Project Architect at L+ Architects in London. The Project Architect will be responsible for managing submittals, architecture projects, project management, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) initiatives, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tasks. The role will also involve collaborating with teams and providing leadership in architectural design and project execution.
- Experience in Architecture, Project Management, and LEED
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Strong leadership skills in architectural design projects
- Ability to manage submittals effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Relevant degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience with sustainable design practices is a plus
- Professional certification in LEED or BIM is beneficial
