Property Manager – Catford Salary - £30,000 Our client is a highly sought-after Estate Agent offering a great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to work for this established estate agent based in Catford who offer excellent training, progression and pay packages to their staff. The successful Property Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of around 130 properties; therefore, you must be able to manage your own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary. *Recommend a friend* - Do you know someone looking for a position? Please contact us for more information Responsibilities: * * Follow up and respond to all customer queries in a timely manner * Build relationships with tenants, landlords, colleagues and suppliers * Keeping track of tenancies and negotiate rental renewals in line with market trends * Constantly monitor and curtail any rental arrears * Administration of tenant procedures including referencing and producing statement of accounts * Organising check-in and check-out inventory inspections * Booking property inspections and producing landlord reports * Logging deposits with DPS scheme, itemising deposit deductions and dealing with DPS claims * Organise repair quotes and works as necessary * Prioritize daily workload and work to deadlines Requirements: * * Great Customer service * Accuracy and attention to detail * Time Management * Ability to work as part of a team * Enthusiastic and positive outlook * Excellent communication skills * ARLA qualified is preferential If you are interested in this Property Manager position and would like to know more, please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis.
