A great opportunity for a Category Development Manager to join a leading FMCG.
You will building a trusted category partnership with their Managed Convenience retailers and Out of Home suppliers in the Channel through developing and delivering inspiring category solutions & recommendations that generate category growth and overall business growth.
You'll also take ownership of key category processes including internal and external Period Reporting and providing ad hoc analysis to support their sales team to deliver its objectives (both internal and external).
You'll also be the voice of Managed Impulse and Out of Home in the business; ensuring customer trends and opportunities are being shared and shaping the development of business opportunities.
As the Category Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Keeping the customer at the heart of our business
- Leading the commercial agenda
- Insight, planning and category vision
- Developing category capability across commercial teams
Berkshire based, hybrid working 2-3 days a week in the office.
