About you - SEN TA - Daventry, Northamptonshire Experience working as a TA/SEN TA/LSA in a U.K Primary/Secondary School, or a CACHE Level 2 (minimum) qualification or a recent graduate with passion for education. Have the academic ability and personality to inspire, engage and progress students from all backgrounds and of all ages. Some understanding of SEN and the desire to work with Special Needs pupils, including those with autism, dyslexia and communications difficulties.
