Key Tech - Server, Microsoft Modern Workplace & Cloud technologies With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you'll uphold our company Service Level Agreements and contribute to the success of our Service Desk Team. 1+ year of Service Desk IT Support experience. ~ Keen to learn Cyber Security ~ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and networking principles. ~ Strong interest and experience in IT services, solutions, and technology. ~ Proficiency in PC's, servers, email, telephony, backup, Firewalls, switching, and routers. ~ Relevant IT certifications desired (Microsoft Associate, CCNA, AWS, GCP, ITIL, PRINCE, etc.). ~ Eagerness to develop technical and customer service skills, coupled with excellent communication and time management abilities
