We are currently looking for a seasoned Business Analyst – Salesforce who will focus on client success, client-facing skills and a strong understanding of the project lifecycle and software development lifecycle. The successful candidate would be detail oriented with the ability and eagerness to learn and understand business, customer and technology needs. Lead projects from a Solution Delivery perspective, from requirements gathering, design to delivery in an Agile, Scrum-based, environment and support project and program managers to build project plans and timelines Support the Project Manager in both Agile and Waterfall projects Build and maintain accurate User Stories / Business Requirements with User Acceptance criteria that will be used by developers, testers and shared with clients to ensure that business value is effectively captured and realized Liaise between the client and project team in evaluating business value of User stories / Business Requirements and prioritizing them for execution by the team. Position solutions and options to business stakeholders Support and collaborate with the development team during the implementation of the requirements in order to clarify and refine User Stories. Create supporting technical documentation (matrices, sample calculations, field definitions, flow diagrams) where UI/UX designs and API definitions do not capture nuanced product requirements This includes- supervising, mentoring and coaching Developers and acting as a positive and supportive force within the team Act as the Functional lead on complex projects from conception to implementation including leading interactions with internal architects, and/or 3rd. 8+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, on large and complex technology projects with a strong focus on digital ~ Minimum 3 years’ experience with large and medium size projects that involve a combination of internal teams and external partners ~ Strong client-facing / customer-facing experience to deliver solution overviews, webinars and training ~ Business process flows and modelling ~ Experienced with SDLC methodology run projects from Requirement Gathering, Design, Testing, Documentation Training through Implementation and Post Live Support ~ Solid presentation, facilitation, interview and workshop facilitation skills ~ Solid communication skills with ability and experience working with executive level staff ~ Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software-preferably Salesforce.com and Salesforce Communities Demonstrative experience using native Mobile apps and Responsive Design to digital solutions to strengthen client brands, and improve customer relationships leaning on tools such as CRM Successful delivery of Ecommerce, Digital Marketing and CRM projects Oracle JDE is an asset Working experience with a leading Ecommerce and Integration platform(s) including but not limited to Salesforce WordPress Oracle Fusion Middleware Exposed to or directly used ECM, or Web CMS XML/XML Schema and experience with Data Modeling UI/UX Design Principles SharePoint experience is an asset Basic knowledge of CSS/HTML/Javascript WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL; ~30% Travel within Europe locations is required Nous recherchons actuellement un Business Analyst expérimenté – Salesforce qui se concentrera sur la réussite des clients, avec des compétences orientées client et une solide compréhension du cycle de vie des projets et du cycle de vie du développement logiciel. Mènerez des projets du point de vue de la solution, de la collecte des exigences à la livraison, dans un environnement Agile, basé sur Scrum, et soutiendrez les chefs de projet et de programme pour établir des plans et des calendriers de projets. Soutiendrez le chef de projet dans des projets Agile et Waterfall. Créerez des documents techniques de support (matrices, calculs d'exemples, définitions de champs, diagrammes de flux) lorsque les conceptions UI/UX et les définitions API ne capturent pas les exigences produits nuancées. Plus de 8 ans d'expérience en tant que Business Analyst Salesforce, sur des projets technologiques larges et complexes, avec un fort accent sur le digital. Solides compétences analytiques pour développer de nouvelles analyses de rapports. Solides compétences en présentation, animation d'ateliers et entretiens. Connaissance des logiciels de gestion de la relation client (CRM), de préférence Salesforce.com et Salesforce Communities. Expérience démontrée de l'utilisation d'applications mobiles natives et de la conception responsive pour renforcer les marques clients et améliorer les relations avec les clients via des outils tels que les CRM. Expérience dans la livraison réussie de projets de commerce électronique, marketing digital et CRM. Oracle JDE est un atout.
