Groomfield Recruitment are looking for 2 Factory Operatives for their client based in Coventry Pay: £13.00-£15.00 [Depending on experience] Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday (Apply online only), Friday (Apply online only) Duties: - Operate production equipment and handheld tools. - Operate Dual Sander - Weld Dressing - Assembly - Following drawings to exact tolerances - Physically moving stock [weight up to 20KG] Essential Experience/Abilities: - Previous experience working as a factory operative is essential - Experience in working with handheld tools such as Dual Sander is essential - Strong organisational skills with attention to detail - Ability to lead and motivate yourself towards achieving production targets - Mechanical aptitude for understanding production machinery/tool use If you are a proactive individual with a passion for maintaining high standards in manufacturing, we invite you to apply for this rewarding role as a factory operative with Groomfield Recruitment
