JGA are excited to be partnering with an exciting people focussed business who are seeking a culture driven Payroll & Reward Manager. This role with focus on Payroll & Reward function at a strategic level, implementing best practice and leading on process improvement initiatives.
What is expected from candidates:
- Overseeing Pay & Reward on a strategic level
- Creating a function that attracts and retains talent.
- Large team management.
- High volume payroll experience.
- Able to lead on process improvements and initiatives.
- Manage yearend processes.
- Drive a customer focussed and high performing culture.
- Lead on continuous improvement, able to analyse data to identify best avenue for improvement.
Skills desired:
- CIPP qualification, or relevant experience.
- Experience in process improvement initiatives
- Experience with complex ERP & Payroll solutions.
- Capability to work well with stakeholders to improve service delivery.
- Experience in payroll, pension and reward legislation.
- Previous experience in leading and motivating a team in fast-paced/high volume environment.
