Plus, as a WorldSkills UK Innovation Network member, we are supporting their drive to develop excellence in teaching and training, as well as equality, diversity and inclusion. You will be responsible for: The curriculum management of Electrical/Building Services across the Technical Apprenticeship School Building effective working relationships with employers and external bodies and ensuring the highest standard of quality assurance, whilst line managing a team of diverse lecturers and assessors You will need: A Level 3 qualification and a teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector (e.g. Cert Ed, PGCE, DET) and Assessor qualifications You will possess at least 3 years experience in teaching or assessing, with experience of meeting targets and ensuring successful outcomes You will also have a good understanding of Apprentice/learner pathways into Standards and of apprenticeship programmes You will need to have experience of delivering apprenticeships, together with the ability to engage and lead a team of people to achieve success.
