This position combines construction expertise with legal acumen. Key responsibilities include conducting property inspections, capturing detailed photographs, reviewing and evaluating architectural drawings, and assessing construction method statements. The role also involves performing drone surveys and maintaining clear communication with homeowners, developers, contractors, and fellow surveyors.
To be considered for this role you must have strong attention to detail, construction knowledge, and professional telephone manner.
