HR Administrator Temporary contract - Immediate start available REMOTE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator with essential experience in Bamboo HR to join our People Team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for HR operations. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the HR and personal inboxes, responding to queries promptly and professionally. * Maintain and update employee records in Bamboo HR, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. * Generate reports using Bamboo HR and Excel, supporting data-driven decisions. * Oversee onboarding processes, including issuing offer letters, verifying rights to work, and ensuring all documentation is complete. * Assist with monthly payroll processes, liaising with the payroll team and ensuring timely data submission. * Manage administrative processes for employee changes, holidays, sickness, and maternity leave. * Ensure compliance with HR policies and support the Senior Management Team in HR-related tasks. Key Skills: * Experience working with Bamboo HR is essential. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to build relationships and provide high-quality support across the business. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. * Proficiency in Excel is desirable.
