As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a robust people strategy, contributing significantly to the overall success of the company. You will be a trusted advisor and partner to the leadership team, providing excellent support and guidance across all areas of your business unit. This is a hybrid working role, with the option to work from home 2 days per week.

Description
The HR Business Partner will:
Deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
Maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring needs of the business and employment law are considered at all times
Drive performance management processes, working with line managers to up-skill and change behaviours
Implement and monitor ongoing HR performance indicators
Support change management processesProfile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
CIPD Level 5 or above
Proven HR generalist experience at Business Partner level
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Proficiency in employment law
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent people management skills
Ability to design and implement HR strategies
