The Person The Chef de Partie will have experience of the following: Have experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie in either 4 or 5 star hotel or equivalent level restaurant A team player who is willing to work hard to get the best results High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
