I am looking for a talented Surveyor to join one of my clients based in South Devon. Whether you are newly qualified, or an experienced Surveyor , we would love to you hear from you.
Our client is a small family-owned, family-run business specialising in Building Surveys, HomeBuyer Surveys and Valuation Surveys. They are renowned for their first-class service and unwavering professionalism. They pride themselves on being swift yet thorough and all surveys are bespoke and tailored to meet the individual needs of their clients.

The Opportunity

• Conducting inspections, in accordance with the Home Survey Standard
• Producing Level 1, 2 & 3 reports for both private and lender clients
• Communicating with clients in a friendly and timely manner

The Ideal Surveyor

• AssocRICS or MRICS is a must, with a preference for candidates having around 2 years of post-qualification experience, although it's not mandatory.
• Experience in pre-purchase surveys.
• Local market knowledge is desirable.
• Excellent social skills, especially in the realm of business networking, are highly valued.
• Proficient in both oral and written communication, including the ability to produce detailed and compelling reports.
• A knack for numbers and good numerical skills are essential.
• Strong IT skills.
