THE OPPORTUNITY Our client is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to work as part of a team to provide a flexible and efficient repair and maintenance service over a wide range of services. The postholder will be expected to carry out day to day and planned preventative maintenance duties as well as assisting craftsmen of all disciplines when required. Typical duties may include maintenance and improvement of plant, equipment or buildings. Ideally the successful candidate will come from a Carpentry bias background with experience of painting and decorating. Maintenance experience is essential, experience within a commercial environment is also preferable. Attention to detail and good finishing skills is essential.
