Experienced Plumber
Location: West London (W12, W2, W10, W6, SW1, SW3, SW6) - Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster. Possibility of relocation to East London by year-end.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (42.5 hours per week)
Qualifications:
- NVQ City and Guilds Level 2 (minimum)
- Full UK Driver's License (van provided)
- Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience
- Experience in social housing (desirable)
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and qualified plumber to join our team, currently operating in West London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, excellent technical skills, and a dedication to providing high-quality service. You will be responsible for a range of plumbing tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance, across various locations within West London, with a potential move to East London by the end of the year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts.
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
- Perform routine maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to provide effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, particularly within social housing settings.
Requirements:
- NVQ City and Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (minimum).
- Full UK Driver's License.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the plumbing industry.
- Experience working in social housing (desirable).
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
