Leads a team of administrators, directly managing a manager to agreed service levels with a customer-focused approach. Provides proactive and innovative solutions to customers. Is an advanced professional- leading medium to large projects or working on complex or high-profile issues that require a broad perspective, conceptual thinking, and in-depth analysis to identify solutions. Responsible for delivery of operational services to SS&C clients in line with Service Level Agreements and Key Performance IndicatorsSecondary point of escalation for client and internal teamsMay also lead a process or function with direct reports. Management of workload and work queues, prioritising tasks to meet both external and internal deadlines, turnaround times and service standards whilst maintaining an appropriate quality standardDemonstrates a depth and breadth of expertise within a discipline, and has a deep understanding of the business, financials, products/services, or market. Develops policies and procedures, and recommends best practices. Advises and provides direction to more junior professionals.
