Key Responsibilities: * Order Processing: Liaise with suppliers to ensure shipping orders are delivered accurately and efficiently * Client Communication: Keeping clients informed of Shipping times by liasing with couriers to ensure a smooth and accurate delivery date * Database Management: Keep our customer information up-to-date and help maintain accurate sales records and shipping orders. * Reporting: Updating ERP systems with accurate direct shipping delivery dates for the benefit of customers What They're Looking For: * Organised and Detail-Oriented: You thrive on keeping things in order and have a keen eye for detail. * Excellent Communicator: Whether over the phone or via email, you can engage professionally and efficiently with clients. * Problem-Solver: Able to handle challenges with a calm, solution-focused mindset. * Team Player: Someone who is ready to collaborate and contribute to team success!
