Logistics Coordinator Dover Up to £28,000 per annum DOE plus benefits We are seeking a skilled and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our client, based in Dover, on a permanent basis. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of Logistics operations to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of goods. This role is working on a 4-on/4-off shift pattern, 7pm-7am. As the Logistics Coordinator, you will… Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities while planning shipments based on customer requirements. Escalate transport delays and issues to the Team Leader, providing resolution options for client communication. Collaborate with the supplier management team to address carrier coverage gaps and maintain strong relationships with carriers. Monitor shipments for on-time delivery, resolving issues with suppliers, carriers, and customers, and recording non-conformances. Analyse logistics data for improvement opportunities, maintaining inventory records and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.Requirements: Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role Must be able to work night shifts Strong knowledge of logistics processes and best practices Excellent organisational and time-management skills If you are a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for Logistics, we would love to hear from you.
