Park Avenue has partnered with a Local Authority grappling with a significant rise in its Temporary Accommodation numbers and increasing B&B costs. They need a consultant for at least six months to lead a strategic review of their TA procurement and placements. You'll be conducting financial analysis to reduce costs and drive efficiencies, exploring supply options, and creating a framework (including governance aspects) to support future TA acquisitions. The role is predominantly remote, works closely with their Service Director, and falls outside IR35.
