With a reputation for delivering high-impact solutions that drive efficiency and profitability, we are looking for a professional who can bring innovative strategies and practical expertise to help our clients achieve operational excellence.Key responsibilitiesConduct comprehensive analyses of client operations to identify inefficiencies and areas for cost reduction.Develop and implement tailored strategies to enhance productivity and streamline processes.Work collaboratively with client teams to ensure successful adoption of new practices.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making adjustments as necessary.Provide expert advice on resource allocation, budget management, and cost control.Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.Support clients in managing change and overcoming resistance to new initiatives.Skills and qualificationsYou will have:a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, management or a related field. You will ideally have a degree from a Russell Group universityat least five years of experience in management consulting, with a proven track record in productivity enhancement and cost reductionanalytical skills including the exceptional ability to analyse complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insightsstrong problem-solving skills with a strategic and innovative mindsetexperience in managing large-scale projects, including planning, execution, and monitoringexperience in reducing direct labour unit costs, improving productivity and reducing unit material costsexcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and conciselystrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholdersproficient in using productivity and data analysis toolsexpertise in developing and implementing organisational design and change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and optimise business processesthe ability to adapt to varying client needs and work environments.Why join Collinson Grant?We have a strong reputation for excellence and impactful consulting services, with a team of highly skilled and motivated professionals.
