Junior Project Engineer

Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting our growing client again for the appointment of a Junior Project Engineer based in Aberdeen. Our client provide specialist engineering solutions through a diverse product line to a number of industries including Construction and Oil & Gas, with locations across the Globe. This role will assist with the designing, developing, testing, manufacturing and installation of equipment, components and systems. This role would suit someone with a blend of technical expertise, innovative thinking and project management skills. You will need to be proficient at solving complex mechanical engineering problems, working collaboratively within a multi disciplinary team. Job Description * Develop detailed drawings and specifications * Design systems and components based on project requirements * Conduct simulations and analysis to vertify design performance and reliability * Provide technical support during installation, troubleshooting and maintenance activities * Coordinate with other disciplines, suppliers and contractors * Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including design specifications, test reports and project records. Skills Required * HND in a Mechanical Engineering or related field * Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, components and design pricniples * Experience using design software (AutoCAD, MATLAB, ETAP) * Previous experience in a similar role Please apply today
