You’ll have a passion for Social Media, and Motor sports in Particular F1, and experience of Delivering Social Media Strategy.We are looking forProven experience in social media management and a strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively (3 direct reports).Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple digital marketing / Content projects simultaneously .Strong analytical skills with experience in monitoring and interpreting social media metrics to drive strategic decisions.This is a truly awesome opportunity for candidates who have managed the delivery of Social Media Strategy, Reporting into the Snr Head of Social media, and running 3 direct Reports in the Social Media / Content Team. You’ll work on delivering the Social and Content strategy across the Brand in line with its high profile partners, and working on fan Engagement and Community Strategy.
