Our client is a very well established main building and refurbishment contractor that works both sides of the bridge. Their Cardiff office in particular is very busy and has approached us to recruit a Contracts Manager on their behalf.
As Contracts Manager you will oversee and deliver multiple projects of a various nature both in South Wales and further afield. Projects will be a mixture of D&B and refurbishment work across the Health, education and commercial sectors predominantly. You will report to the Regional Director on all issues, and manage a team of Site Managers.
Candidates will have a solid and consistent background as a Project or Contracts Mangaer having managed similar projects. Most of their projects are in and around South Wales but they do build further afield and as such on occassion you will need to travel and/or lodge which will be fully expensed by the company.
