Director of Talent

Do not miss out on this opportunity to join one of the top European Scaleups and head up their talent team. We have been retained by a hugely exciting tech scaleup of around 400 people. They’re PE backed, profitable and growing consistently. They have multiple offices across Europe, but the main focus for hiring will be in London and Paris. They have just hired a new Chief People Officer and now looking for a Director of Talent. This is an opportunity to lead a team of 2 Senior Talent Partners initially, with scope to hire more as the volume of hiring increases. We’re looking for a Director of Talent who wants to be hands on and work with hiring managers to source and hire key roles across the business. Ideally with a core recruitment experience in GTM and commercial roles. You must be data orientated and work with hiring managers and your team to build the right SLA and KPIs to create a top performing TA team. There’s huge scope for this role to work closely with the CPO and build out long term strategic talent acquisition projects across employer branding, D&I, and an ATS migration. We want someone with creative ideas and you will be given the autonomy to execute them. This is a superb role for a hands on Director of Talent, who has experience managing teams and developing a high performing TA function.
