Management Accountant

We are looking for a Management Accountant to join our team. You will support the international Marketing & Recruitment division and the day-to-day operations of our overseas representative offices in India and Nigeria. The division currently manage student recruitment to our UK Pathways colleges and our partnerships with a number of Universities in North America. We are looking for someone who has a good grasp of accounting concepts, enjoys variety in their work, and is looking to develop their business partnering skillset to positively impact business performance. What you’ll bring to the role * Qualified accountant (part-qualified with experience may be considered), * Confident and articulate individual who can build rapport within the Finance team and outside of Finance, * Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex financial information for non-finance stakeholders, * Confident Excel user, able to work with Pivot tables and excel formulae at a minimum, * Self-disciplined and accountable for producing high-quality work, * Excellent attention to detail and ability to investigate problem areas with an inquisitive mind, * Good time management and organisational skills in planning own work, * Proactive, positive attitude.
