We are looking for a Management Accountant to join our team. You will support the international Marketing & Recruitment division and the day-to-day operations of our overseas representative offices in India and Nigeria. The division currently manage student recruitment to our UK Pathways colleges and our partnerships with a number of Universities in North America. We are looking for someone who has a good grasp of accounting concepts, enjoys variety in their work, and is looking to develop their business partnering skillset to positively impact business performance. This is an excellent opportunity for an exceptional Accountant, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader. What you’ll bring to the role * Qualified accountant (part-qualified with experience may be considered), * Confident and articulate individual who can build rapport within the Finance team and outside of Finance, * Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex financial information for non-finance stakeholders, * Confident Excel user, able to work with Pivot tables and excel formulae at a minimum, * Self-disciplined and accountable for producing high-quality work, * Excellent attention to detail and ability to investigate problem areas with an inquisitive mind, * Good time management and organisational skills in planning own work, * Proactive, positive attitude.
