The firm is recognised for its outstanding client care and high-quality Business Crime and Regulatory work, among other highly regarded practice areas.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced Business Crime & Regulatory Senior Solicitor, dealing with a variety of Regulatory work from Professional Discipline, Inquests & Healthcare Crime. The work is for insurers representing large charities, public sector organisations SME’s and individuals in a range of regulatory disputes.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Regulatory Lawyer with previous experience of dealing with insurance claims.
The Candidate
- An experienced Regulatory Solicitor with technical expertise
- Confident dealing with insurance claims
- Advocacy experience would be an advantage
- Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of client management and practice development
- Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
- Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
