We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our client's busy dealership in Southend. If you're passionate about providing top-notch service in the automotive industry, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers throughout their vehicle service Manage service bookings and coordinate with the workshop Keep customers updated and handle vehicle handovers Upsell services and products Maintain a clean, organised workspace and stay updated through training Requirements: Previous Service Advisor experience in the automotive industry Full UK driving licence Strong customer service, attention to detail, and time management skillsThe Package: Competitive salary: £28,000 + OTE up to £35,200 Manufacturer training and career development Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:30 AM - 1:00 PMApply with your CV today!
